Adjust the Height of Your Computer Monitor

The center of your computer monitor should be at eye level, so you don’t have to tilt your head up or down to read the screen. Because the head is so heavy, long periods of looking upwards or downwards can cause neck pain, strain, inflammation, and stiffness. If you don’t have an adjustable computer monitor, use a monitor stand.

Use an Ergonomic Desk Chair

An ergonomic desk chair is one that is fully adjustable, so that you can change the height, tilt, and position of the back, seat, arms, and legs. Adjust the chair so it offers lumbar support and helps you maintain proper posture. 

Maintain Proper Posture

Get Up and Stretch
