Dan went to Cal State Bakersfield from 1992-97 and was on the university wrestling team. In 2001, he earned his credential as a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In 2009, he was certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and he earned recognition as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant by the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dan believes that good health is a result of exercise and conscientious food choices. “For the most part, we train our bodies to feel good or bad depending on every day choices.” Dan’s passion is connecting with each client on an individual basis and developing an exercise program that improves balance, core, strength and flexibility.
Dan enjoys working out, mountain biking and riding his motorcycle.
