Dr. David J. McClintock - DC
Dr. McClintock began his career by serving in the Air Force from 1999 to 2004. After completing his enlistment, Dr. McClintock graduated in 2006 from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics. While working in the corporate world and maintaining an active lifestyle, he experienced a significant lower back injury from a skiing accident and received care from a Chiropractic Physician. Based on his positive experience he decided to make a career change and studied at Life University in Georgia, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, graduating in 2013. Immediately after graduating, he moved to fast-paced Singapore and began working for a large, multidisciplinary Chiropractic company. Thriving in this environment, Dr. McClintock was promoted to lead Chiropractor and was responsible for running the flagship office and training their team of Chiropractors.
After gaining this valuable experience, he decided to shift gears and move to Thailand where he teamed up with one of Asia’s Biggest Loser fitness and weight loss coaches. This collaboration provided Dr. McClintock with the ability to work with semi-pro and professional athletes, in disciplines from triathlon to Muay Thai and Bodybuilding, and incorporating more comprehensive care by utilizing manual therapies, Rock Taping and functional exercises. As a result of Dr. McClintock’s personal and professional experience, he is very passionate about offering comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based treatments to individuals of all ages, and this is what drew him to joining the team at Falling Waters.
Dr. McClintock has had a lifelong passion and thirst for adventure and travel; which has led him to mountain biking across Costa Rica, cycling through the mountain ranges in Italy, summiting a 19,347 foot active volcano in the Andes, an overland safari in South Africa, multi-day trekking in Italy, Norway, Germany, Austria and Belize, skiing in Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Germany, sunning on the pristine beaches of the Maldives, Thailand and the Philippines, and the list goes on. In his case, the question switched from where have you been, to what’s the next adventure! Dr. McClintock loves living an active, healthy lifestyle with his fiance and is excited to dive into all the outdoor richness, beauty and activities that Central Oregon has to offer.
Dr. Mark W. Davies - DC, IME, RN*
Dr. Davies founded Falling Waters in 2006 after years of unique exposure to traditional medical, natural medicine and sports specialty fields. Through his diverse education and clinical experience, Dr. Davies was inspired to create Falling Waters, an ideal health care center with a vision that the standard of care should be based on scientific Research, driven by actual Results, with an unconditional commitment to Service.
Dr. Davies began his career in health care as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) working primarily in Critical Care and Trauma / Neurological Intensive Care units. He then achieved his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C.) from Western States University in 2001.
He has held professional credentials as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and was also Certified as a Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) by the prestigious International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists.
In 2004 he was appointed as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (Q.M.E.) by the California State Industrial Medical Counsel. In 2009, he was inducted to the State of Oregon Worker's Compensation Division as an authorized medical provider to perform Independent Medical Evaluations (IME’s) for Oregon injured workers.
Dr. Davies has been a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as well as the Institute of Functional Medicine, both of which help him keep pace with natural medicine and cutting edge research.
Dr. Davies has been fortunate to work in many aspects of healthcare over and above his Critical Care / Intensive Care experience as an R.N. He has worked in private practice, was the Clinical Director of a Multidisplinary Rehabilitation Facility and has worked in hospital settings practicing Occupational Medicine.
He has always lived an active and athletic lifestyle. While living in British Columbia, Canada he trained and competed in both amateur boxing and kickboxing. He won the Super-Heavyweight Kick boxing championship in 1989, Heavyweight Golden Gloves Boxing championship in 1992 and the Provincial Heavyweight Boxing championship in 1996.

Dr. Gabriel S. Goldman -DC
Dr. Gabriel Goldman attended Vanguard University of Southern California for his undergraduate education pursuing a major in the Pre-Physical Therapy/Kinesiology program. While at Vanguard, he was a member of the men’s basketball team and also was able to participate in professional clinical internships at top-level physical therapy and chiropractic practices. These provided early hands-on training in patient care, manual therapy, rehabilitation techniques and physiotherapy.
His understanding through work experience attracted him to chiropractic as he found the chiropractic physician’s skill set uniquely serves the needs of the injured patient. He chose to pursue his professional education at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA. Here he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and soon after was licensed to practice in California.
He began his practice in Costa Mesa, California treating patients from the across Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. After four years treating patients in other established office locations, Dr. Goldman opened his own independent practice location in 2012.
Dr. Goldman greatly enjoys treating athletes of all skill levels and has worked with local professional golfers, surfers, beach volleyball players and members of the Anaheim Angels. Dr. Goldman continued cultivating his relationship with Vanguard University providing a chiropractic presence working with the training room and health center, to serve athletes, members of the student body and staff.
Dr. Goldman has devoted a specific portion of his practice and post-graduate coursework to treating patients involved in car accidents. While working in California he became a trusted resource for numerous attorneys, providing expert insight for these injuries and the related recovery process.
Dr. Goldman was recruited by Falling Waters after obtaining his second state license credential for Oregon in 2017. Dr. Goldman is zealous to provide high quality, personalized care and is eager to be surrounded by other outstanding professionals on the Falling Waters team.
On a personal level, Dr. Goldman loves spending his out of the office time with his wife, 3 young children and 100lb lap dog. He enjoys exercise, cooking, and playing the guitar now but is excited to discover beautiful new places with his family and finding opportunities to golf, hike, bike, fish and travel.
Dr. Bradley H. Capp - MS, DC
Dr. Capp received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from the University of Western States in 2011, graduating Magna Cum Laude as his class’ valedictorian. He concurrently received a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, which he completed in 2010 after working closely with athletes across all disciplines.
His undergraduate education was completed at University of Oregon where he was also a student of the Robert D. Clark Honors College. He received a Bachelor’s degree in General Science in 2008 and completed a senior thesis researching the brain’s visual processing pathways, the results of which were later published in the Journal of Vision.
In 2011 he underwent training to become a Certified Graston Technique provider and has used this instrument assisted soft tissue technique to treat many people with longstanding pain and chronic injuries.
Dr. Capp was authorized by the state of Oregon in early 2014 to provide Independent Medical Evaluations (IME’s). In March 2014 he became a Certified Medical Examiner and is registered to provide DOT physical exams for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
A Central Oregon native, Dr. Capp enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, young daughter, and their dogs. He loves traveling, playing golf, fishing, cross-country skiing, playing the guitar, and working on anything mechanical. Dr. Capp is easygoing but very professional and brings a positive attitude to everything he does.
Dr. Capp is passionate about providing the latest evidence-based and personalized care to enable patients to reach their health and fitness goals. He believes that personal well-being must be supported from within, and loves helping others on their path to happy, healthy lives.
